Shane grew up in poverty and spent most of his life in and out of foster care in Ohio. Growing up living off of welfare most of his life, so he understands what life is like as a child when you don’t have everything you need to be successful. This childhood gave Shane a passion for serving the community and working to make sure no child is ever left behind.

Alexis was born and raised in California. Like Shane, Alexis spent most of her childhood in the foster care system. Alexis has a life time goal of ensuring that every child grows up in a loving home with everything needed to succeed. Alexis currently resides in the South West Missouri area and has seen the need for our mission in her area.

Louis was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has been a police officer in his community since 2008 and will be retiring soon. With the police department, Louis works on their community relations team and works tirelessly to bridge the gap between the community and the police department. Louis has always had a passion for working with underprivileged children including being a foster parent.

Hector was born and raised in Honduras. He moved to the United States as a young adult with his family. As a Honduran immigrant, Hector has faced adversity since a young age. Hector has worked extremely hard to live the “American Dream” and is currently a Senior Director for a major logistics company. Hector has never let anything hold him back and has made it his life mission to ensure he is a role model for every child that has faced adversities the same way he has.
